Public and Technical Services Department

In their public services roles, librarians provide support for the use of Levy Library's resources and services. Librarians offer classes, consultations and information in a variety of formats on developing database search strategies; managing information retrieval; preparing manuscripts and presentations; and locating, verifying, and interpreting bibliographic and factual data.

Technical services include ordering and processing materials for the Library; maintaining and updating the online Catalog; and organizing and maintaining the physical and online collections.
